A Case of Exhibition Services

Our Company has successfully supplied whole course service for the 20-member investigation group lead by New Zealand’s Deputy Minister of theTourism Ministry Dorf Samuel in their Introductive Exhibition of Maori Tour in Shanghai, Beijing, Chongqing, and Guangzhou.

After we received the task, we consulted with the New Zealand Tourism Board, and arrived at an agreement to undertake the Beijing, Chongqing Introductive Conferences. Afterwards the transportation and accommodation were arranged. We collaborated with Beijing Tourism Bureau and the Chongqing Municipal Tourism Bureau to give a notice of Introductive Conferences to various travel agencies. Meanwhile, the business-to-business meetings in four cities were arranged. Tan, vice mayor of Chongqing Municipality, and Xiong Yumei, the deputy director of the Beijing Tourism Bureau, were invited to meet the delegations. Materials of Introductive Conferences were to be translated and printed. We organized the delegation to meet the media; they had an opportunity to take photographs and video, and create video materials in the four cities. In July, the delegation arrived in Shanghai; the visit was carried out successfully. The media took an active part in reporting the activity; clients gave good feedback.
